Retail District Manager

Harrisburg, PA
Full Time
Senior Manager/Supervisor
Summary of the Role: Lead from the Front. Coach from the floor. Win as a Team.
Are you passionate about leadership that’s hands-on, people centered, and focused on performance? We’re looking for a Retail District Manager to serve as the head coach of our Pennsylvania dispensary teams- someone who lives for the rhythm of retail and thrives when developing talent, driving results, and making every customer experience exceptional.

This is not a desk job. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role for someone who finds energy in team interaction, builds trust by being present, and inspires others through action. You’ll rotate weekly across six dispensaries throughout the state, spending 4-5 days at a time at each site to immerse yourself in the team culture, observe operations firsthand, and drive meaningful change. If you’re (externally) competitive, people-focused, and excited about elevating performance, this is your opportunity to lead as a coach and have an opportunity at the championship.
High Level Key Responsibilities:
  • Presence Over Paperwork: Travel across Pennsylvania to spend time in dispensaries weekly; drive your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile) and hotel accommodation/travel expenses are covered.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all locations are operating efficiently and in compliance across inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and marketing.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Train, coach, and motivate store managers. Be a mentor, not a monitor.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive store targets, optimize staffing schedules, and boost EBITDA margins.
  • Competitive Edge: Visit competitor locations, observe trends in pricing, product, and promotions, and make informed recommendations.
  • Culture Champion: Model and reinforce our core values and precepts: H.E.A.R.T & Full, Fresh, Fast, Friendly, and Clean.
  • Execution & Accountability: Lead the implementation of company policies, initiatives, and special projects.
