Summary: We are looking for a creative, motivated, and highly organized Marketing & Creative Coordinator to support our growing multi-state marketing efforts across Pennsylvania and Ohio. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with Sales, Retail, Operations, and Compliance to execute campaigns, maintain our digital presence, support our dispensaries, and bring our brands to life.

We’re looking for someone who is more than a task-taker. This person should be a self-starter and creative problem-solver who can take ownership of projects, contribute ideas, and confidently execute from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality graphics, social media content, digital ads, banners, signage, email creative, website assets, and other marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Audition, and Premiere Pro.
  • Efficiently edit and retouch photography and video content for websites, campaigns, email, advertising, and social media. Illustration, animation, and motion graphics experience is a plus.
  • Write clear, engaging copy for social media, blogs, newsletters, email/SMS campaigns, websites, advertisements, and other marketing communications.
  • Help lead the execution of social media,email and SMS marketing, including campaign planning, creative development, segmentation, scheduling, deployment, and performance analysis.
  • Assist with the ongoing maintenance of multiple company websites, with hands-on experience using Squarespace or similar website-building platforms.
  • Create and update website pages, banners, images, promotions, location information, and other digital content while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Understand basic website layout, UX, mobile responsiveness, SEO, analytics, and digital integrations.
  • Monitor website, campaign, email, SMS, and social analytics and engagement to identify opportunities and improve future marketing efforts.
  • Travel regularly throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio to merchandise retail locations, complete store refreshes, maintain brand standards, support new store openings and events, and work directly with dispensary teams.
  • Assist with retail merchandising, including displays, signage, promotional materials, brand presence, and overall showroom presentation.
  • Ensure all visual and written content follows company style guides, brand voice, marketing direction, and applicable compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Retail, Operations, and Compliance during planning and brainstorming sessions and help execute effective campaigns.
  • Manage projects across multiple brands, dispensaries, and states while balancing changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Maintain organized creative files, digital assets, project materials, and brand resources.
  • Be comfortable learning and working within new marketing platforms, menu systems, analytics tools, and other marketing technology.

Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000
